Paraiso Ceylon Tours was founded by two Sri Lankan women who believed the island they called home deserved to be shared — not just seen. What started as a dream to create meaningful, safe, and deeply personal travel experiences has grown into one of Sri Lanka's most trusted boutique tour operators, welcoming guests from across Europe, India, Australia, and beyond.
Every itinerary we design is guided by local knowledge, cultural respect, and a genuine passion for Sri Lanka's extraordinary diversity — from the Lion Rock at Sigiriya and the misty tea hills of Ella, to the leopard-rich plains of Yala and the ancient streets of Galle Fort. How it began
Paraiso Ceylon Tours was born from a simple but powerful conviction — that Sri Lanka, one of the world's most extraordinary islands, deserved a travel company that truly understood it. Founded in 2021 by two Sri Lankan women with deep roots in the island's culture, nature, and communities, we set out to create something different: private, personalised tours guided by people who love this country as much as you will.
Where we are going
Our mission is to become Sri Lanka's most trusted female-led boutique tour operator — known for our safety standards, our authentic local knowledge, and our ability to craft experiences that genuinely connect travellers to this island. We are expanding our wellness and Ayurveda partnerships, growing our women-first group departure programme, and building a platform that gives every traveller — wherever they come from — a journey they will never forget.
